The Life Time Big Sugar Classic is a legendary celebration of off-road cycling in Northwest Arkansas, and this past October, three of our Hardcore Cycling Club members embraced the challenge of the rugged Ozark Mountains!

Known for its demanding gravel roads, stunning fall foliage, and tricky water crossings, the event is a true test of grit. Our team was ready for the “sugar crash.”

Leslaw went for the spirited 25-miler, enjoying a fun, chill adventure perfect for soaking in the scenery on two wheels.

Angela and Mateusz tackled the 50-miler. Mateusz was set for the 100-mile course, but due to stormy weather and tough conditions, the route was shortened to 50 miles for safety—a smart move that still delivered a serious challenge.

While the course was tough, all three riders had an unforgettable day on the bike. The spirit, the scenery, and the sense of accomplishment make the Life Time Big Sugar Gravel an event truly worth participating in! Our riders finished the season strong and celebrated at the legendary post-race party.
